How Are You Telling People To Treat You?

We teach people how to treat us. Do you find yourself overextending yourself? When you are in need do people fail to show up? Do you find it hard to celebrate yourself but easily celebrate others?

Do you say I’m just that kind of person but continue to show up for the wrong people? You don’t have to stop being you but you have to stop being you to the people that don’t deserve you.

You don’t have to stop being you but you have to stop being you to the people that don’t deserve you.

You Can’t Cheat The Process

It’s not always about what you’ve lost or what was taken but what you’ve convinced yourself you couldn’t have. It’s not so much the closed door but the closed mouth.

Why I like using T-shirts for branding

We all have a message inside of us.

We all have a message inside of us. How we choose to release it to the world is what sets us apart. What makes you shine?

Sometimes we bottle up the message we should be sharing because of fear and doubt. If there was one message that you wanted to get out into the world, what would it be? How would you spread it? And how many people would you want it to reach? Whatever your answers were to each question, t-shirts could in fact be the way tha...

5 Reasons Why Mentorship is Important

When the student is ready the mentor will appear. I’ve noticed that this statement may not still hold true but the reality is you need a coach or mentor. In the growing age of technology and information, we are literally a google search away from getting the answers to any question. I know in my searches I have come across some very interesting websites and thought leaders across various industries. In those instances they become an indirect mentor or business coach. I subscribe to their emai...

What is Life and My Experiences Trying To Teach Me?

While reflecting and trying to refocus myself this morning, I came across a question that I had written down and what seems to be a prayer that followed. The question was “What is life and my experiences trying to teach me?”

“What is life and my experiences trying to teach me?”

Ironically, this is exactly what I needed to see because now 7 months later I believe I have my answer.

4 Things That Bring Me Joy

When you become intentional about adding more joy into your life, you begin to pay close attention to those places, people and things that bring you joy and invest more time and energy in them.

A few months ago, my brother gave me some photos that he had taken my senior year in college. I hadn’t seen these photos in years but they brought back so many joyous memories. Memories that included travel, family and adventure. As I looked a little more at the photos, I began reconnec...

Mental Health: Turning The Page On Pain

I’ve told myself a 1000 times over the past two years, “Rhachelle you need to write something”. But it seemed like at every attempt the words just wouldn’t come together. My heart had been shattered into 1000 pieces and those pieces weren’t coming together yet to tell the story of how I survived the heartbreak.

I was looking for a story but instead it was just…a chapter ended, maybe it had been omitted from Sunday Mourning. But in actuality a season had changed. No longer a co-star to my life...
