Born in Switzerland, Chris Arro is a writer, teacher, and explorer of the inner world. After studying economics and founding several businesses, a spiritual awakening profoundly shook his life at the age of 31. He then decided to give up his activities and settle in solitude at the edge of a forest. There, for several years, he dedicated himself to meditation, contemplation, and the study of Buddhist philosophy. Today, at the age of 37, he resides in the Landes, where he nurtures his passion for writing and shares his spiritual teachings.
