Emma Carr's The CEO is now available!

It's out! The first book in my new series of novella's, The Millionaire Bachelors. The series is set in Seattle and follows four men: Ren, Case, James, and Neil. Ren has just sold his company for millions of dollars. Case is a well-known personal development leader (like a next generation Tony Robbins). James is a loner and develops top-selling apps in his home. And Neil owns a construction company.

I hope you like the first installment in this series! I got the idea for Ren by listening to a bunch of personal development podcasts. All of the men are either single or have a wife at home to take care of the kids. When the single guys talk about time management, it makes me chuckle (oh, they do not know!). So I thought...let's give Ren a single mom to advise. And to make matters more complicated (because that's what you do as an author), I decided to have him not want kids. And it just went from there.

After you read the book, you might be asking yourself, "What's a Ted?" I plan to reveal that at some point in the series--or perhaps I'll write up the scene where the four guys meet and give the story away for free. I'd like to go back and visit these guys before they're successful!

Thanks for reading! I'm off to the next story...

London Homecoming is now out!

Blake and Sophie's story is finally here!

He’s not capable of love…but she just might prove him wrong.

He’s sexy, easy-going, and did we forget to mention wealthy? Every woman loves Blake Ruleford. Every woman except Sophie Hollingberry, that is.

Sophie’s a neat-freak veterinarian with a penchant for saving ugly cats and sitting home alone every weekend night, despite the two stone she recently lost. Blake is her opposite in every way. A party boy who travels the globe to find the next adrenaline laced adventure, Blake dates supermodels and gets photographed by the tabloids. Sophie can’t stand him. Okay, that’s a lie. She can’t stand the attraction she feels for the shallow playboy.

Blake’s been forced home to run the family bank while his father recovers from stroke. He needs to tighten up his image if he wants to keep their clients from panicking, so he proposes a fake engagement with his sister’s best friend, Sophie. She’s perfect for the ruse…smart, respectable, and she’d never in a million years fall for him.

But assumptions always have a way of biting you in the…well, you know. There just might be more to Blake than meets the eye. And Sophie might actually like the man she discovers underneath the party boy image.

Now, if only Blake were capable of love…

Lucy's Story is almost here!

Lucy's story, LONDON DREAMING, is only a few short weeks away from being released! And you can win a free copy...all you need to do is sign up for my contest via my website http://www.emmacarrbooks.com by March 23rd of 2014.

About LONDON DREAMING: For years, Lucy Ruleford dreamed of finding her one true love. Now that she’s found him, there’s just one problem: he’s determined to destroy not only her family’s bank, but her father too.

As head of charitable giving for Ruleford’s Bank, Lucy has managed their top client’s favorite charity event for the past five years. This year, however, Matt Brookes has a surprise for her. The CEO of their rival bank has convinced the charity to take him on as co-chair so he can steal Ruleford’s top client and finally get his revenge against Ruleford’s.

When Lucy and Matt meet, sparks fly—and not just for each other. Lucy, also known as the nicest person in the world, is out for blood. Sort of. And Matt hasn’t climbed from homelessness to CEO without learning a few tricks along the way. Unfortunately, every attempt to win the business backfires in unexpected ways.

While Lucy and Matt battle it out, somewhere along the way, they fall in love. In the end, will Lucy finally learn to break free of her father’s influence to follow her dreams? And can Matt overcome his hatred of the entire Ruleford family to follow his heart?
