'Summoning Skies' is out in the world, yay! And I've had some amazing feedback from readers, so thank you all for that!

I'm releasing a little companion novelette called 'Skies of Blood' this month, which follows two side characters from 'Summoning Skies'. It's connected, but you can also read it as a standalone.

It's a very quick read, so I'm keeping it at 99c on Amazon. But if you're quick, it'll be available on BookSprout as a free ARC until Oct 31st.

And right now, I'm working on a new Esha novel, set in the beautiful, brutal Kingdom of Sands. Hopefully, it'll be done in the New Year!

My goodness, it's been so long since I've updated! I finished the entire 'Kingdom of Swords' trilogy and it's available on Amazon, free on KU! Yay!

I soft-launched it without any advertising or ARCS or anything, just to see how I'd go. There's so much to learn in the world of indie publishing. I thought I'd just ease into it gently, and I've been pleasantly surprised. Lots of readers discovered it randomly, and read through to the end - whew, and thank you!

My new book, 'Summoning Skies' launches in October 2025. It's set in the same fantasy world, but has new characters with very little crossover, so you don't have to have read the trilogy first. And it's a standalone, so it's a nice, easy entry point into the world of Esha.

I really loved working on that book, and I hope you like it too! Tropes include grumpy v sunshine, forced proximity, slow burn romance ... oh, and lots of creepy monsters. There's open door spice too!

I'm so excited to have the second book, 'Betrayal of the Sword' available now on Kindle and Kindle Unlimited!
The trilogy will be complete with 'Destiny of the Sword' coming mid-November.

Now that Ember's adventure is nearly done, I was thinking the 'Chronicles of Esha 4' should be set in the Kingdom of Skies. I'm keen to find out what that kingdom is going to look like. All I know is that it has towers, and their kings got into power by murdering the last lot, and that our heroine will be feisty and our hero devilishly handsome.

Well, it's a start!

Hi friends,

I was so thrilled to receive the cover for "Betrayal of the Sword" (Book 2 in the Esha Chronicles) the other day. It has a dragon on it! *sobs*

I do love the modern fantasy and romantasy cover trends with pretty swirls and that almost embroidered look, but I also have a thing for fantasy covers from the 80's, with the intense artwork. So, I figured, why not have both?

I hope you like it! It'll be up on Amazon mid-October, promise!
