David Salcido has spent the better part of 30 years in the publishing industry, writing, editing and managing alternative, regional and national publications. He has also penned and published over 1000 articles, dozens of short stories, three plays and was the creator and publisher of Blue Food magazine. Along the way, he has also toiled as an illustrator in San Francisco, performed public relations and marketing for every major and minor motion picture studio in Los Angeles, founded three theatre troupes, had a brief flirtation with the adult entertainment industry and owned and operated an alternative performance space and gallery in Phoenix.
