Arlen’s path to becoming a mindset expert was shaped by his own struggles with depression, anxiety, dyslexia, and ADD as a child. Despite early success in soccer, personal setbacks and tragedy led him on a journey of self-discovery. Influenced by Dr. M. Scott Peck’s book, The Road Less Traveled, and Buddhist teachings, Arlen developed the Prodigy Mindset™ Gym, which emphasizes mental hygiene and conscious command. His programs, including Alpha, Alpha Pro, Athena, and Athena Pro, are designed to help individuals tap into alpha brainwave states and maintain a positively charged, reflexive mindset.

The youngest of 13 siblings from Corpus Christi, Texas, Arlen now balances his coaching career with his passions for streetwear design and professional photography. His multifaceted background allows him to bring a unique perspective to his work, helping clients tap into their creativity and push beyond perceived limitations.
