Susan Bennett serves on the board of directors of American Adoption Congress, as well as the Southwest Regional Director of the organization and editor of The Beacon. She is also a board member for a local Phoenix, AZ support group, Search Triad, Inc. Susan recently produced and participated in a documentary film project, denied. and presented a workshop for late discovery adoptees at The Many Faces of Adoption Conference in Orlando Florida. Susan has been a long time supporter of child welfare, especially for foster children, and is an advocate for adult adoptee rights. She lives in Gilbert, AZ with her husband, Mike and has two grown children.
