It's been a while since my last post. Has anything happened since August 2013 lots for sure.
Have I done anything .Sure. A documentary on prostate cancer in Barbados, a second edition of "Guilty" ,the main change is the cover. Present projects a third novel titled "Bad Deeds" for now. It's a totally new story no connection at all to the first two books. I am also looking at a non fiction audio book on track racing and considering making audio books of "Guilty" and "Revenge" .
I have also been asked to make "Guilty" into a film. That I would love to do but I will have to find funding first, there's also another film project I would love to do, again waiting on funding.
I aim to have "Bad Deeds finished by the end of the year as well as the non fiction audio book.
There are going to be links to you tube videos of track days, where I take my Mazdaspeed 3 of automatic Suzuki swift sport and do battle with other car enthusiasts. Sure to give the blog some life.
More to come, before the next two and a half years

Snack for thought
Living isn't just about how many years you live in a lifetime but more importantly how many lifetimes you live in a year.

Giveaway Update
I was on CBC tv yesterday on the Mid Morning Mix show. I was talking about my film "The Kite Flyer" and of course "Guilty! The Trials of Phil Ferguson." A big thanks to Alex Murray the producer and Teisha who gave me a great interview. I guess it helped that she loved the book. She also broached the idea of a film to "Guilty!"I told her other readers asked the same question. I would love to do it, but I have not yet worked out how and when. I will keep readers posted on that one.
I also took the opportunity to promote my giveaway. 75 books given away so far! More to go .

Waxing philosophically
Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've always imagined.
A meal for the mind:
The mind can only work on what you put in it, it's very much like a computer, garbage in garbage out.So what are you saying to you? I'm not this, I'm not that. I don't have this, etc. Seriously? Consider asking yourself this question, what if I was my own best coach? What could I achieve, what would my quality of life be like?Don't we often convert little victories into failures? It's a great way to create a downward spiral. Too often we see the down side and not the upside. Sometimes we see the upside but we refuse to embrace it because we are too attached to what we are used to, even if it's not in our best interests.
Digest it.

"Guilty!" continues to get good reviews
Latest review on amazon: Juliet Best 20 Jan 2013
Can't Wait for More . . . A must Read
An epic plot, fast pace and believable characters make it difficult to believe that this is Sean's first novel. His combination of contemporary characters with their compelling stories is very realistic in the Barbadian society. Like other readers, only the most dire of circumstances pried it from my hands but I was on it again at the first available opportunity. Thank goodness I did not have to wait for the sequel. "Guilty" was breakfast, "Revenge" is lunch!
A big thanks to the readers who make the effort to write and post reviews
