Michele Stanten is a walking coach and ACE certified fitness instructor who has inspired people to become more active for more than 25 years. She founded mywalkingcoach.com to help individuals build lasting exercise habits and believes walking can be both accessible and powerfully effective. A former Fitness Director of Prevention magazine, she created a marathon walking program and coached thousands to complete long distance events nationwide. Michele has developed training programs for organizations including Harvard Health Publishing, Silver Sneakers, Tivity Health, Weight Watchers, and ACE.
