Louise grew up in country Victoria, racing barefoot down dirt roads and daydreaming under tall eucalypts. Life eventually swapped the gum trees for city trains, and stilettos replaced bare feet—though only because running for public transport barefoot tends to raise eyebrows.

At eighteen, she took off to explore Europe, Africa and the Pacific before finding her way home to the far north coast of New South Wales. She now lives on a small property with her extended family, three dogs, three cats and more wildlife than any one writer truly needs.

Hello ... my first blog :-)

Just thought I should clarify that, yes, I was born in the Netherlands, but grew up in Australia. I was but a toddler when we arrived.

My first book is getting great reviews and I'm hoping the readers who picked up Finding Veronica will look at what else I have, which is, Finding Elizabeth.

Hope I'm not intruding, don't know where else to post this, so here goes: Out since this morning on amazon kindle, Finding Elizabeth. It's a fun, uplifting, moving, romance with with a Canadian heroine and Australian hero. You can read the opening chapter on amazon. Thank you Louise. :-)
