Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I’m Amanda Judson, a British author living in Spain. Life here, with its bright light, slower pace, and colourful mix of people, has inspired my Mar Menor Mysteries series.

Before turning to fiction, I worked as a graphic designer and taught English for many years. Both careers have shaped how I write, with creativity, clarity, and a quiet curiosity about people. My debut novel, Death in the Salt Flats, introduces Angela Markham, a retired police intelligence analyst who discovers that small-town life still holds plenty of secrets.
