SEVEN GIRLS GONE: The Story Behind the Story

... One reason I write mystery thrillers is because I have always craved answers to universal questions. How can people be cruel to others? How can one person hurt, maim, kill another person without remorse? How can families and friends survive such a loss? How do relatives of a killer feel, think, believe? It’s a universal truth that there is good and there is evil, and there is a lot of blending of good and evil until sometimes, we don’t see what is right in front of us. ...

Murder She Writes Reboot

I send out a quarterly newsletter (sign up on my webpage) but many readers have asked for a bit more -- similar to my old Murder She Writes blog that I shut down a few years ago.

After some research and time management juggling, I have relaunched Murder She Writes over at Substack. Substack is a terrific platform for me, making it very easy to blog quickly and easily!

If you just want my quarterly newsletter to keep up when I have new books out, you don't need to do anything -- you'll still get it (or you can subscribe at my website if you don't.) But if you want a bit more, please subscribe to Murder She Writes.

Some of the things I'll be writing about there:

* Humorous writer’s life stories
* Research trips
* Short stories
* Book reviews
* Alerts when my books are discounted
* Cover Reveals
* Interviews and events
* Exclusive Q&A
* Writing advice
* Writing workshops

I also hope to build a community among my readers who want to chat about not only my books, but others. Down the road, I may be offering paid workshops for writers, but for now, my focus is on the above.

See you over at Murder She Writes!
