Way to Eternity!

Nothing is beyond that you cannot think.

Nothing is false that people cannot prove.

Sometimes you know things, that you cannot utter,

Sometimes you are not ready to say, but you have to say!

Honesty is under “?” mark!

One day you had considered them as friends.

Next day, they don’t remember your name!

Nothing to lose new, that you had already lost before.

Do not worry to walk into the sun.

Remember, someone is always waiting for you,

Who can stand by you and hold your hands?

The one who will show you the way to eternity.

A Boat to Retrieve

He was not alone that day,

He had friends with him.

While they smoked, they played cards!

Together they ate, cheered and drank.

The evening bells chime from a far distance.

They took a boat and sailed high in the tidal river.

Oiled lanterns twinkled on the deck.

They sang in a chorus!

“Amar Shonar Bangla, Ami Tomai Valobashi!”

They hold their hands tight.

They danced the whole night.

They said to Each Other: “How happy we were there!”

They realised the partition was a grave mistake.

Book: The Immortals of Meluha

Book Description:

This is the first book of the Shiva Trilogy. The story has been set in the land of Meluha and starts with the arrival of the Shiva. The Meluhan people believed that Shiva is their fabled savior Neelkantha. Shiva decides to help the Meluhans in their war against the Chandravanshis, who had joined forces with a cursed Nagas; however, during his journey and the fight that ensues, Shiva learns how his choices actually reflect who he aspires to be and how they lead to dire consequences.

This book, when it was first published became very controversial for Amish Tripathi’s modern approach about the Hindu gods and goddesses. After this book has been published Amit was not getting any publisher to publish his next book of the series.

A new brave world has been introduced in the story. Here all gods and goddesses are mortals. It is for their sacrifice and the great did that make them icons to the society living at that time and eventually people followed them by the names of gods and goddesses that still we believe in today and worship.

IoT (Internet of Things)

Internet of things is the backbone of Twentieth-century World Wide Web that can connect all IP addresses through an online smart network system. The concept is to use a common protocol and links all smart gadgets to a common database center. The list of smart gadgets is huge; it is not limited to your Smartphone, laptop, and PC. IoT can establish the link to car navigator systems, autopilot in the flight, the submarine under the sea, Smart TV, Smart watches and so on. The possibility of this high capacity network is enormous.

In today’s world when we are using QR codes, BAR codes or a Cloud Computing system sharing data in many devices is a good example of the future of IoT network that we are stepping forward. This concept can be used getting anything at any place and share any knowledge to a remote land from any source of IP network system. The idea is to improvise the knowledge-sharing process and develop a huge network of database including humans and animals.

MIT student Mr. Kevin Ashton also the co-founder of the Auto-ID Center was first referred to the term Internet of Things in a presentation he had designed for Procter & Gamble in the 90’s. Modern warfare based on computerized machinery systems,

Modern warfare based on computerized machinery systems, animal tracking in a zoo or the National Parks, i-banking, core banking, smart wallet filled up e-coins, e-commerce, social security system, GPS, location based services etc. all come under the IoT tree.

The huge database can be accessed from anywhere, any part of the world. This is just a beginning of the era that yet to enrich and developing us smarter day after day.

Key Challenges for Corporate Legal in Managing Contracts.

Any of the large scale corporate business module it’s always been a very difficult to manage the day to day Legal Contracts Lifecycle Management. There are Legal Contracts with various parties in order to manage the negotiation, performance, execution, modification and termination. These parties include employees, vendors, software services, financial implementations, and all other global business contracts.

Think about the challenges of everyday activity of some of these legal contracts which are getting expired, or need an urgent renewal. Every business organisation uses some of the techniques to handle their Corporate Legal Contracts Lifecycle.

hammer-719062_1920

Specifically, if it’s a global business organisation having multiple branch offices in different countries then managing Corporate Legal Contracts is very important. There will be challenges.

One of these challenges is the language barrier. There are different language versions of the similar document may vary from each other.
Similarly, if a company in the US has a branch in Kuwait the versions of the Legal Contracts cannot be the same.
Now most of these international legal contracts are written in digital formats, you need a digital tracking system to get it done at the right time. Otherwise, it can cause a huge loss in the business.

The problem becomes more complicated if there are similar Legal Contracts with very less difference in the statements. Hence, it cannot be tracked by a manual process that can cause unnecessary delays and can terminate valuable contracts or cause several damages in the growth of an organisation.

New Patriots Are Rising in India. A Book about the Future in the Indian Politics!

The Oblivion:

Are you an Indian, who is thinking that India doesn’t have any hope left in the politics?

Do you feel this country doesn’t have any value about the “Human Existence” because of the bad Governance since 1947?

Does the Constitution of India is dividing our people in terms of “Casteism” and “Reservation”?

Do you feel bad for the corruption, social negligence, VVIP culture by political parties?

Is there any resolve for, the Article 370 of the Indian Constitution?

Open any Indian News Media right now, you will find all these subjects are keeping on debating over and over without any solutions. It is creating high tension among the young stars of this country. A darkness capturing their mind & brain, making them feel insecure and frightened to deal with the important issues in life.

An Age of Darkness has been raised since 1947 when a new political class took over the power and soon become the God-head in this country. They designed a big bang theory of confusion while established an awkward Constitution which allowed special advantages to some category of people and few citizens living in the specific part of India. A dystopic world they have offered today to live in the eclipse.

A Book about the Indian Future in the Politics, “The Four Patriots” by Sumit Agarwal, IIT-K Graduate

About the Book:

Here is a book, that dealt with the mountain of problems our country standing today – the Constitution, corruption, fundamental education, terrorism, bad governance, legal scenario, taxation, and the Olympic Games, etc.

“The Four Patriots”, a group of avoided, humiliated and helpless ‘Bright Young Minds’ who realized that to bring change, you should become the part of inside the system.

“The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing.” – Mr. Robot

I am thinking, the above quote is very accurate to describe these “four patriots” who raised their fictional voice and stand against the corruption to correct the failing Indian governance.

They believed that ” इस देश का बहुत कुछ हो सकता .”

This book is a worth read to understand our problems in the country and perhaps, some of the possible solutions. The plots are very visual and cinematic. I highly recommend this book for every young reader living in this country to become a part of this revolution started by the four characters in the book. Varun, an NRI Software Engineer; Salman, CEO of A Group of Coffee Store business; Raghav, who involves in the politics; Aditya, another businessman, and social reformer. The four of their stories begin with their love, personal life, and dreams. Which take shape becoming the responsible Citizen and reform the future of this country.

I am not going in detail of the inside story in this short review. I guess if you are a real patriot and reading this blog article, you may have already sensed the importance of the subject discussed here. I thank the author for sending me a copy of the book in the return of an honest review. I congratulate, IITian Mr. Sumit Agarwal for his high thinking and vision of a “Bright India”.

Always love,

Vikram Roy

A Book Must Read: SHIVA in the City of Nectar by P. R. Kannan

The book, I needed for expanding my knowledge about the City of Nectar. Thanks to Preetha Rajah Kannan, the author of SHIVA in the City of Nectar and Jaico Books for  publishing such a gem of knowledge. This is a glorious anthology of 54 unknown short stories about Madurai (the City of Nectar), and the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple.

To be honest, the first time when I visited Madurai in 2010 was not knowing about it much. When I was standing in the heart of Meenakshi Amman Temple and saw the astonishing and outstanding creation of Indian Cultural Monument. I had many questions arise. e.g.

How such monument like Meenakshi Amman Temple can be built by men in the past?

Is this a really man-made creation?

Who is Devi Meenakshi? Why has she three breasts?

Why Vaigai river called as the Ganges of Southern India?

When I asked these questions to the guide, he said you must read Thiruvilaiyadal Puranam written in Tamil. But being a Bong reading book in the Tamil Language was not an easy task. So, the questions remained unanswered.

But, I was knowing inside this temple all those answers are hidden. Maybe, a part of my self-existence. Here perhaps Shiva gave me an opportunity to know the unknown facts about Madurai and reading this gem creation, SHIVA in the City of Nectar by P. R. Kannan. If you want to know the history and myth of the city Madurai, situated in Tamil Nadu, India, you must read Kannan’s book.

I am not going to comment on how simple understanding language it’s being written. We have countless Indian mythology books written or translated in English but I found many writers derived from the main taste of the story, burn their fingers in filling up jargons. I found the materials in this book are very lively and visual. I think Kannan did her job done well. The importance of this book is undeniable and a good height of Indian English Literature as well.

Review: Arrow TV Series “Destiny leaves its mark” : (Overall View on Season 1,2, 3, and 4)

A long run TV series of the time, since 2012. I am speaking my heart once again about Arrow after three years. I am a true viewer of all the episodes of Arrow from Season 1 to 4.

Season 1: A good beginning of the series. I think “Season 1” created the platform of the Green Arrow plot. Read detail review “Click here

My Rating: 8/10.

Season 2: The best season so far in my opinion. The birth of Deathstroke. Manu Bennett’s acting was superb awesome. High tension episodes. I honestly loved the team behind the Season Two.

My Rating: 9/10.

Deathstroke's_mask

Arrow TV Series 2012- 2016 “Destiny leaves its mark” Arrowed Deathstroke Mask, Season 2

Season 3: Oliver Quinn as Ra’s al Ghul, which was unbelievable at the beginning. Some episodes were not as expected.

Season 3, slowly took shape and ended well. Matt Noble’s cold voice, calm acting, and noble appearance made Season 3 interesting.

My Rating: 7/10.

Season 4: I am a fan of Green Arrow and a true lover of the Story. I never read any Green Arrow comics so I accepted what I watched.

Sorry, but I did not like Season 4 at all. Believe me, I really tried to be positive, till the end of the final episode.

Damien Darhk was the spoiler. But not only that some of the Team Arrow members overacted throughout the story which looked very ugly. Almost all main characters were avoiding the leadership of Oliver on the screen. Their over-confidence in almost everything seemed very stupid.

Sorry for giving a bad rating.

My Rating: 4/10.

I really felt poor performance by Felicity Smoak, John Diggle, Black Canary, and Speedy.

As usual Stephen Amell, Paul Blackthorne, and Audrey Marie Anderson they did their best to cover up the situations.

Thanks for reading. If you like it please like below and leave a comment.
