Hollywood interest and a surge in sales...
I just got a call a couple of days ago from Burbank California. I have a couple of film producers interested in making HELLUCINATION into a movie. Their talking big money and are going to start shopping it around, looking for a director. As you know, I'm in the movie business so I'm not holding my breath but it was fun to know because they hunted me down. Nice thing is, their going to be handing out my book to movers and shakers in the industry. Can't beat publicity like that.
The book is doing really well, I sold twenty copies yesterday from my website. A lot of them wanted it signed so they came to the website. I don't know what's going on but it looks like word is starting to spread out there on the interwebz.
I don't know where they all came from, could be a forum or someone with a following read it and told people about it. We will see, self publishing does have it's pitfalls and word of mouth is hard to come by but hopefully, it's starting to happen.
