The Search
Troubled days can lead to a search. Often, without knowing what to search for or maybe even knowing that we are searching at all, we find ourselves longing for something to fill the emptiness.
Quote from Unconditionally
Some days are more filled with challenges than others. Regardless of what we have experienced in the past, or are experiencing at the moment, we seem to have a long for something else. Sometimes we do know what it is, sometimes we don’t. Sometimes it’s an achievable goal, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s a wonderful dream that helps you through the days by giving you more energy and inspiration, sometimes it’s a painful escape that drains you and make you stuck in the mud. Awareness of your take on this can make your days easier. It can lead to a mud-free walk on your unique path.
When we feel emptiness in life, when we feel there is something missing, we start searching for the magical thing that can provide less emptiness and less longing. We have a tendency of focus that search in the outer world. The very best start would be to focus on why we feel empty inside. A search should always start within ourselves. What is it that make you feel the way you do? What is it that you feel the emptiness? What is it that you long for?
By concentrating on your inside, you become aware wether the search is for your benefit, or of a character that won’t help you to step out of the mud. Asking the difficult questions are essential, as always – and remember to include ‘for the sake of what’. That will give you the insight you are searching for.

Questions of Life
When experiencing dramatic changes in life, many questions arise. Is it only in those situations we question life? Questions can arise from almost every situation we encounter. Even the littlest things can construct a question. We want answers to those questions. We want them now, and we want them to be correct. Most of all we want others to give them til us, because that’s often the most comfortable way. Or is it?
It’s not always that easy. The questions we have in life are by far questions that concern us personally. Who would then be the best to give the answer but you? When I wrote Unconditionally I had so many questions. First of all for my self, on my own behalf. There were so many things in life I couldn’t really grasp. Second, I worked as a coach. In sessions, most of the time, I asked my clients questions for they to find out what they wanted and how they could find their truth. My intention was to release the potential within, and guide them on their way to enhance performance through questions. Third, my clients had so many questions for me, questions I didn’t always have the answer to. There were a lot of questions, and they all was concerned around life. This made the foundation of the book. The only way to find out things you wonder about is to ask yourself, and listen. Listen to the answers your body conveyed.
Life is full of mysteries, and it’s filled with things we’d like to find answers to. The best way of finding the answers that concerns your personal mysteries, is to ask yourselves questions on your own actions, thoughts and habits. Question what you do, and accept the answers. That’s, what I would say, the first step to unfold some of the mystery in your life and make the changes you feel is needed.

Books of Marit
Unconditionally
The number of publicized books is counting one at the moment.
Actually two, if we count the Norwegian version. But there will be more.
Unconditionally is the door opener into my world of writing. It is my foundation of writership, as it is the foundation of how we master our lives. Through the book you are encouraged to find your own path of balancing life, and you even got the tools you need.
Reading this is very much like having a conversation with me. When working as a coach, these topics is very often on the agenda. The solution to the problems are you the beholder of, not me. I lend you my (writing) hand, and ask you the questions that can give you the clue.
