Rob Lubitz has held numerous high-level government positions. He has served as a senior United States Department of Justice official, State Courts Administrator (Florida), Governor’s Crime Commission Director (North Carolina), Sentencing Commission Director (North Carolina), and Juvenile Justice Director (Arizona).

A criminal justice expert, he has been quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, US News and World Report, and ABC World News Tonight. He formerly served as an Air Force Officer with a Top Secret security clearance.

Got out of the Air Force after four years and then went back to school to get an MBA. Also went to law school at night. Held various federal and state positions in PA, NC, FL, DC and finally AZ where I retired. We live in Goodyear just on the outskirts of Phoenix. However, it's getting too hot here and we are running out of water, so we are thinking of moving East; probably back to NC.
