Buried Secret thoughts and journey?
So, I am writing this in hopes of connecting with my "people." If I am being sincere, I don't know if I have had "people." I've always kept my circle close and tight-knit. However, as I always tell others, continue to grow out of your pot so your roots can grow.
So I wanted to talk about my people that technically live inside of my head... and no, that's totally not a mental illness trait... At least pretend with me.
295: She is confused, angry, and feels betrayed. What about her makes her not connect with people, not only people but also her family? While she is at the facility, she keeps wondering why Dr. Vic is fascinated with her. She and 203 are some of its longest residents. They have access to speak, if only quietly, never taking it for granted.
203: Like my daughter, he is a Sour Patch Kid. Sour and almost bitter at first, yet it has a sweet spot. Maybe that only applies to 295; only time will tell. After all, don't we all secretly want to be someone's exception to the rule? Maybe that's my thing, but I find that super attractive.
Speaking of attractive, Constantine. This man wasn't intended to be this involved in the story. Yet, here he is with so much sass, insults, and quick wit. He knows he isn't perfect, but the only people around him are his nightmares. He could have done the bare minimum, yet he doesn't want to. (Originally was going to be flighty almost side character) That was before I fell in love with him.
That being said, I am working on the second book and book 2.5 (people can skip it, but it will require a Constantine side mission with some juicy bits). Is that something anyone will read? Or did you hate him?
If you have a second, let me know. If you haven't read the book... Maybe this is a sign to read it?
