| Basically a transition from Superboy to Superman, Clark's first days at The Daily Planet and meeting Lois Lane. This was obviously an homage to Christopher Reeve as seen in the drawings. The artist is talented but he made Clark look like a scrawny bo ...more | |

| For its time, it's well-written. Can't believe the fans voted for Jason Todd to die...and worse, I can't believe the writers actually listened to them. So much for art over sales (hell, the industry needed to survive I guess). The readers wanted happ ...more | |

“Only boxers can understand the loneliness of tennis players - and yet boxers have their corner men and managers. Even a boxer's opponent provides a kind of companionship, someone he can grapple with and grunt at. In tennis you stand face-to-face with the enemy, trade blows with him, but never touch him or talk to him, or anyone else. The rules forbid a tennis player from even talking to his coach while on the court. People sometimes mention the track-and-field runner as a comparably lonely figure, but I have to laugh. At least the runner can feel and smell his opponents. They're inches away. In tennis you're on an island. Of all the games men and women play, tennis is the closest to solitary confinement....”

I'm still an amateur when it comes to review, I guess and I'm not a native english speaker, so.. (laughs shyly) Sanri's my last name actually and yes, Indonesian names kinda have the same pronunciation as japanese romaji :)
Hi Reev! I read mostly romance and YA and its multiple subgenres. Present favourites are How to Kill a Rock Star by Tiffanie Debartolo, Tell the Wolves I'm Home by Carol Rifka Brunt and Me Before You by Jojo Moyes, which I just finished yesterday. Gitarista sounds interesting. I used to stalk a crush at the UP Conservatory of Music =p
Wow! Congrats for your upcoming novel! :D Do you have a publishing contract? Or do you write free lance?
Thanks sa add reev. Lupet ng credentials mo. Abangan ko yang novel na sinusulat mo. Patingin mga pics naten, haha
How in the world can you read 3 books at a time, write a 50K novel in 30 days, work and do other stuff?? Do you have a clone? :) Hmm...a clone sounds nice.
Haha nah, I don't really read the books at the same time. Actually, I haven't moved forward with either books since...since...my last update. :))
