AI art generated for my books

I make some of my ebook covers using Canva, and now this app has AI creation generators, so I thought I'd see if it could make some of my main characters into visual images. Of course, AI can't beat my human and talented cover designers, obviously. But here's what AI came up with for Eve Eden vs the Zombie Horde

Pretty fun. After all, Eve does have the devil's pitchfork, but she also has battlewear.
Now, here's the AI images for Eve Eden vs the Blood Sucking Vampires:

Ha! Not sure about that stance...

Movie Review: Elevation – A Fast-Paced, No-Nonsense Monster Thriller

I just watched Elevation starring Anthony Mackie, and I have to say—I really liked it. It wasn’t deep or profound, and yeah, I guessed the ending, but that didn’t take away from the fun. It’s one of those movies that just works because it knows exactly what it is: a fast-paced, action-packed monster thriller that doesn’t waste time trying to be anything more.

It reminded me a lot of 65 with Adam Driver. You know, that kind of movie where you’re thrown into the action quickly, there’s a solid (if ...

Rewatching Lord of the Rings again

Some people say they do Lord of the Rings marathons, but I just have all three extended version movies going when I'm eating, or just chillin. I watch about 15 minutes at time, then pause and come back to it day and night. Basically it's always on until I'm finished with the third film for the umpteenth time. Then I'll probably watch Rings of Power in the same manner again too.
I do this because good new content is rare. There's a lot of shit shows that come out all the time, yes. But I'm picky w...

Eve Eden vs the Zombie Horde

Eve Eden vs the Zombie Horde

(The Bedeviled Trilogy – Book 1)
By Suz Korb

Eve never wanted to be a hero. She just wanted to survive high school without too much humiliation. But when an ancient, possibly cursed necklace sparks a chain reaction of bizarre events—including vanishing lockers, glowing eyes, and one seriously creepy lady in red—Eve realizes her small town of Twin Forest is about to get a whole lot weirder.

And then the zombies show up.

Armed with sarcasm, a best friend who dabbles in ques...

Good books are rare

Warning: I dictated this blog post in a bit of a hurry but I will come back to edit it later. I was just excited that I actually found a good book to read. So happy that I had to blog it.

I used to read just about anything voraciously. Even if i wasn’t enjoying a book I’d still finish reading the entire thing. But that was ages ago probably when I was in my 20s. I’m 49 years of age now and I just do not have time to finish a book if I know it’s going to suck. And I can tell pretty fast if the bo...

Writing across genres, my journey as Suz Korb

As a writer, I’ve experimented with many genres—some successfully, others as one-off explorations that I ultimately chose not to publish. While I’ve written erotica, historical horror, and contemporary sagas, those stories don’t truly fit with the core of what I love to write. My main body of work, under my pen name Suz Korb, is a blend of Young Adult and Romantic Comedy—two genres that naturally flow from me and bring me the most joy.

Why I Love Romantic Comedy

Romantic comedy is, without a doubt...

My old books and a new project.

My books will be available again soon on Amazon as ebooks only, not in paperback, hardcover, or audiobooks for the time being. I have written in many different genres over the years. Sometimes I like to think of my books as niche, but each book is what it is, and I wrote them for you to enjoy as well. Perhaps each book can’t truly be categorised into just one genre. So many subgenres to think about when it comes to a novel. But I will compile a list of elements my books contain. It’s not like I’...
