Geboren 1974 in München. Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Soziologie und Politikwissenschaft in Münster (Westfalen) und Athens (Ohio). Im Anschluss Tätigkeit bei jetzt.de, dem Jugend-Onlinemagazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung, zuletzt als stellvertretender Redaktionsleiter.

Christoph Koch ist Pauschalist und Kolumnist für das Wirtschaftsmagazin brand eins und hat als freier Autor bereits für SZ- und ZEIT-Magazin, Monocle, Wired, GQ, die Süddeutsche Zeitung und den Tagesspiegel geschrieben.

Ein Szenario.

Deutschland ist eine Erbenrepublik. Zwischen 30 und 50 Prozent des privaten Vermögens gehen auf Erbschaften und Schenkungen zurück. Besonders begünstigt sind Familienunternehmer: Wer eine solche Firma übernimmt, kann unter bestimmten Bedingungen (fast) vollständig von der Erbschaftsteuer befreit werden.
