Born in the small town of Keosauqua, Iowa, Kay Hughes spent the first twelve years of her life traveling the United States with her parents and younger brother, an experience that inspired her boundless imagination. Specializing in Fantasy Romance, Kay crafts vivid worlds filled with epic battles, enchanting magic, and unforgettable love stories. When not writing, Kay enjoys crocheting, reading, and swimming with her three beloved dogs.
