Fiona Soutter’s journey to understanding the neuroscience of self-love began
unexpectedly. After building a successful digital marketing career, a life-altering car accident in 2014 led her down a path of deep personal exploration. While managing chronic pain and navigating her recovery, she discovered that traditional approaches to healing weren’t enough—she needed to understand the deeper connection between mind, brain, and lasting transformation.

This quest led her to an extensive study of quantum physics and neuroscience, particularly through the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, and a personal mentorship with Dr. Espen Wold-Jensen. What began as a personal journey of healing evolved into a profound understanding of how ancient wisdom and modern Fiona Soutter’s journey to understanding the neuroscience of self-love began

Through this work, Fiona discovered how to break free from her self-sabotaging behaviors and transform the limiting beliefs that had held her
back.

The impact of this transformation was dramatic. In 2020, armed with this new understanding of herself, Fiona launched an e-commerce business whose turnover grew to seven figures within just 18 months—a success that she attributes not to business strategies alone but also to the inner work that allowed her to step into her full potential.

Today, Fiona combines her entrepreneurial success, her 20 years of teaching experience, and her passion for neuroscience and personal transformation. Drawing on her background as an educator, she excels at making complex concepts accessible and practical. She mentors entrepreneurs in understanding that success comes not from what we do but from who we become.

Fiona is passionate about sharing her journey to help others break free from their own limiting patterns and access their innate capacity for growth and self-love. Through her writing and speaking, she aims to transform the lives of those facing similar challenges—whether they’re struggling with self-doubt, healing from trauma, or feeling held back by old programming.

Her mission is to bridge the gap between scientific understanding and practical application, making these powerful tools for transformation accessible to everyone. This book is the culmination of her research, personal experience, and work with clients. By sharing her struggles and breakthroughs,
