Alex Morrison spent a decade in journalism, as a reporter then editor for several local newspapers, before covering national news for the BBC.

He has published a book about local journalism: There’s Someone in Reception. He also writes fiction - he’s working on two novels and has written numerous short stories.

And he is part of the Dice Company podcast - in which a group of old friends tell an epic story through the mayhem of Dungeons and Dragons.
