Marta Sofía nació en 1977 en Madrid. Se define como autodidacta y especifica como fuentes de su aprendizaje innumerables viajes por el mundo, los libros, la gente y la vida. Además ha realizado, entre otros, estudios de Historia en la Universidad de Zaragoza. En la actualidad vive en Barcelona. Tras unos años en busca de su vocación, finalmente comenzó a trabajar en el mundo editorial como lectora y editora con el objetivo de iniciar su desarrollo como escritora. Entre sus intereses destaca la literatura, la música, la arqueología, la historia antigua, la filosofía, las religiones, la psicología y la política.
