STRESS FREE YOU (book review)
STRESS FREE YOU co-authored by Matt Rush and Rich Taylor is a treasure and tool that will help you discover how to turn off stress with the flick of a switch. I highly recommend this book for anyone that has stress related issue and also for those who do not want their life to be overwhelmed by stress.
A good book can only come from a great mind therefore I commend Matt Rush and Rich Taylor for coming together to be used by God to birth and bring this blessing to us.
The concept of this book is novel, practicable and sustainable. It is medically and psychologically sound. This is an effective chill pill for stress.
Every chapter in this is book unique and the message is life-transforming. I was inspired by the stories the writers shared within the book. The chapter one is titled: How To Successfully Handle Stress, it is amazing and I think it is the shortest book chapter I have seen or read. The chapter titled: 103 Stress Switches and Fixes taught me a lot.
Stress is a gravitational force that pulls many people down from meeting goals. Stress have weakened or killed many lives than we can think of but thank God for this book has come to save us from being part of the ugly statistics on stress. The informations in this book will equip you to attain the realm of a stress free you and you can face any situation with smile and confidence no matter the difficulty. This book is a wholesome meal and after assimilating the nutrients in it, you will be able to live above the control, chaos and collapse modes effect of stress on the body.
You only have one life to live, so live it well by living a life that is blessed and not stressed, that is what this book offers. If you diligently apply the wisdom in it to your life, I bet it will save you from spending money buying blood pressure medications or being admitted to a hospital because of stress induced problems.
Finally, this is not the kind of book you read once and stop. You need to keep re-reading this masterpiece from time to time to be able to grasp the teachings in it and enjoy the full benefits. I have started living a stress free lifestyle with the wisdom I garnered from this great book. Please, own your copy of this book. Buy copies and give to people as gifts, encourage others to go buy their copies and together lets live gooder lives and build a stress free society.

The Book World - Where Great Minds Live
A book is a living voice; in it is the treasured knowledge of the human race. Buildings crumble into ruins, generations come and go but books survive; they are as fresh as the day they were written. They introduce us into the world of reality with the best of humanity and bring us into the awesome presence of great minds that have ever lived. In this masterpiece, we hear what they said, how they lived, what they did and their experiences enrich our lives. Truly, books make a man.
For over twenty years, I have lived on earth to testify that great minds of men and women do not die when enshrined into a set of printed pages that are fastened into a cover so that other people can turn them and read them. Books are great voices we should listen to. When in problems and adversities, we should turn to great sages that embodied themselves in books for instructions, encouragements, advices and solutions. Invest in books.
Ignorance and mediocrity will go farther away from us as we read literature's of life issues and apply the truth we got from them in our daily living. In books, we learn for the recorded life of others for they influence our lives, give us directions, enlighten our path, enliven our intuition, smoothen the road for us, lighten places, perfect our personality, inspire our hearts with hope and set before us good examples. They enlighten our intelligences.
It is unsafe to live your life in this day and age without the reading of good books. A good book is one of the greatest help in life. They help us a great deal in obtaining ideas, knowledge and information which when properly used benefits mankind. The reading of a life-enriching book is the cheapest and rewarding entertainment and counseling one can find because through reading and studying one accumulates other people's experience, knowledge, intelligence and wisdom which they have spent great money and lifetime to acquire.
From the pages of a wonderful masterwork we tap into the genius of the successful, the philosophies and timeless truth of the rich and gain wisdom for higher living. No pleasure is as lasting as reading of good books. Sex, luxuries, cars, buildings, or exotic wine can never be equated to the advantage one gains from a good book. It widens your horizon.
A life- enriching book like 'Overcoming the Challenges of Life' is a tool you need to educate yourself, surmount difficulties, be an overcomer and a success in the race of life. The world's greatest doers have been men and women who gave themselves to reading, studying and writing books. Good books are real. They contain the words of life. Nigeria and Leadership
The most critical problem Nigeria is
facing today is leadership
challenge that started since the
colonial masters left. Leadership
remains one of my countries
glaring need in this day and age.
Nigerians are willing to follow a
good vision and leader but most
times they have no exposure to a
good vision and true leadership.
Leadership is not a title or position.
Leadership is simply empowering
others.
After many years of digging into
and studying leadership in Nigeria,
I have reached several conclusions
regarding the future of Nigeria,
Nigerians and its leadership. The
central conclusion is that Nigeria
as a country is marking time due
to lack of strong and visionary
leaders. In this day and age of
unprecedented opportunity and
plentiful resources, Nigeria is
actually loosing influence and the
primary reason is lack of true
leaders. Nothing is as important as
leadership.
Truly, everything rises and falls on
leadership. To salvage the
leadership problem in Nigeria is
everyone's responsibility. Every
Nigerian is a leader no matter the
age or location. Bettering Nigeria is
not only the work of the
presidency but a task for all of us.
Necessity is laid upon us in this day
and age to better our country
Nigeria therefore, I challenge you
to think of what you can do for the
country and not what the country
can do for you. If Nigeria fail, you
fail and if Nigeria succeed, you
succeed.
Equipping the youth for greatness
is a panacea to our nation's
problem. Youths are lifeblood of a
country; neglecting them is
neglecting the future. Nigerian
youths must be in control of the
authorship of their destiny.
Nigerians must pay now to play
later to make the system that
drives the progress of our nation's
unity and progress better. Our
leaders must know that leadership
is not rulership, but the act of
service to humanity. Posterity must
judge your deeds. When names
like Nelson Mandela, Abraham
Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jnr.
are mentioned, what comes into
our mind is selfless leadership. Can
that be said of you as a Nigerian
leader today? As a Nigerian in
diaspora, you will have more
respect and dignity if Nigeria is
better. We must pay the price to
enjoy the prize of a greater
Nigeria.
To those mismanaging our dear
country, stop and do right. I tell
you that we are making Nigeria
better and the greatest nation in
Africa and a country that is the
envy of all nation's of the world.
The success or failure of every
country is determined by its
leadership. Leadership is not
management. Every person in
position of authority in Nigeria
must know that the law of legacy
states that, "true success is
measured by succession." Practice
positive transformational
leadership .
The need of the hour is great, that
is why I have dedicated my time to
write this article for everyone to
read and be outstanding and
upstanding. From Aba in Abia state
to Ikeduru in Imo state, Ogbia in
Bayelsa state to Ajegunle in Lagos
state and Abuja the center of our
great country,no matter where you
are and from, no matter your
religion, ethnicity or language we
are one big family. Nigeria – good
people, great nation. I am proudly
a Nigerian. Rule your world!

You have the ability and capability, to go above your previous levels of accomplishment. You have within you, right now, the talents you need to be, do, and enjoy far more than you have ever achieved in your life to date. This is because you have inherent genius in you to succeed in your area of giftedness.
The true fact is that people only pay extraording price for extraordinary result. People with the something-for-nothing mentality are trying to violate the universal laws of Sowing and Reaping, Cause and Effect and Action and Reaction but this is a waste of energy and time.
