After a successful professional career, and convinced that time is our most precious asset, Bernardo Notarangelo chose to step away from corporate routines to focus on what he values most: studying, writing, and traveling. A lifelong learner, he graduated in Economics and later earned an MBA from the London Business School and a Master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. A proud member of the Italian Geographical Society and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, he loves getting lost in unfamiliar lands, guided by curiosity, serendipity, and the allure of one-way tickets.

His debut work, The Overweight Traveler – A Persian Diary, won first prize at the 2025 Travel Literature Festival in Rome.
