A mother, storyteller, and disability parenting champion, she brings wisdom, warmth, and truth to families raising children with all kinds of disabilities. After a longtime career as a corporate communication executive helping CEOs and leaders find the right words in high-stakes moments, she is devoting her encore career to making life better for families touched by disabilities. She is active in the developmental disability and rare disease communities. She and her husband are parents of four adult children, one with disabilities. All of them live in Greater Cleveland. Shine On is her first book and reads like a love letter.
