Book 1 of the Arc of the Scythe series is an amazing read that pushes the boundaries and triggers deep thinking. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a thought-provoking read.

2020 has been the year that we all normally read about in books. I would have preferred it to stay in between the covers.

This is a series that I'm determined to finish. I love the action, the adventure, the setting, the characters, and ... everything else. Awesome covers with maximum pop unfold to a reveal a great read for fans of adventure, gadgets, and settings that are packed full of secrets and traps.

Raya looks like an inspiring story with a main character who is striving to overcome the odds and prevail. The fantasy setting is based on the region of South East Asia, and that in itself brings the promise of a wonderful setting and exploration of cultures that are rich and diverse. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

A good start to a series that I know is already a winner with a bazillion readers. Recommended for readers who are after a bit of magic and fantasy mixed into a teen-spy-criminal type character with money to burn.
