Nikki is not just a storyteller but also the founder of Caring Haven, a senior care agency dedicated to providing dignity and support for seniors. With a passion for community service, she is currently working on establishing a nonprofit to support family caregivers, proving that her heart knows no bounds!

She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified DEI Practitioner, and a Notary!
