Sissy didn't expect to become an author. Inspiration struck while watching her baby notice his feet for the very first time. During a single nap time that day, with baby Berk snuggled to her chest, Sissy penned the first draft of Whose Toes? on her phone. With no illustrator or a clue how to publish a book, Sissy put the story on hold until the next baby came along. Motivation to finally print and publish the book struck while watching baby 2, Evren, discover his own feet. After a two-year project delay, Sissy found Emma to illustrate and got to work. The rest, as they say, is history.

If you prefer the books you read aloud to your kids to rhyme as much as I do, this book is an excellent choice! The magic and whimsy blend nicely with a message about doing what you love. A fun read for any season!

My boys got this in their Easter basket and loved it! They’re obsessed with trucks and construction, so it was perfect. So fun!

The illustrations are absolutely adorable! Honestly, even if there weren’t any words, the pictures tell the story all on their own. The little characters are so cute my heart might burst.

Fun counting book! My 3yo is obsessed with trucks and construction, so this was an excellent find for him. It seems that most counting books only go up to 10, but this one goes all the way up to 20!
