Karma of a Creator
There are days I feel done.
Done trying. Done hoping. Done creating.
I’ve written books—heart-first, soul-deep. And yet, sometimes, I look at the numbers and feel… nothing is working. Not a single sale. Not a single sign.
But then I remember a verse from the Bhagavad Gita—
When you raise a child, do you expect anything in return?
No. You simply nurture, feed, love.
Because that’s what a mother does. It’s not transactional—it’s unconditional.
Writing is the same.
Books are like children of the soul.
We birth them into the world, not for applause, but because something inside us knows—we were meant to.
Not every child becomes famous.
Not every story gets seen.
But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth raising.
So, I return to the page…
Not for validation. But for karma. For creation. For healing.
Because I am a writer. And this… is my path.
