Tim van Es is a Dutch-Australian writer of contemporary literary fiction inspired by real places and people. He began writing his debut novel, The Chaiwallah, in Mumbai, where his twin sons were born. Upon release, it became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in Asian Literature.
