Born in California and raised in Kansas, Randall Weber became a fan of epic fantasy literature after reading J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings in Junior High School. The Witching Hand is his debut novel. He has also written The Citadel of Lies, The Last Light of Llad, The Adventures of Tarn O’Grady, and Tesian Gold.
