Nadia Benem is a Canadian author of fantasy romance who slips away from spreadsheets and hockey arenas to build worlds filled with magic and heart. Born on the West Coast, raised on the Prairies, and toughened by seven years in the Yukon, she still misses the brilliance of the northern lights—though not the part where your eyelashes freeze together. These days she prefers sunshine, a good book, and the thrill of demolishing her family at board games. A devoted BritBox fan with a soft spot for period dramas, she is also in a long-term staring contest with her guitar, which stubbornly refuses to play itself.
