Earl Mindell is a Canadian-American writer and nutritionist known for advocating nutrition as preventive healthcare and promoting homeopathy. He earned a pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University in 1963 and later received a Master Herbalist Diploma from Dominion Herbal College. Mindell has published more than 50 books, including the widely known Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible, first published in 1979. His writings have attracted substantial criticism from scientists and nutrition experts, who have challenged the accuracy and evidentiary basis of many of his health claims.
