My first two books took me about a year each to complete and publish… while working way too much at my day job. My third book … “Recompense Book 3 - King? Or Emperor?” Has taken a bit longer. With a few medical issues finally going away and work slowing down a bit… I was able to get 2.5 chapters done over The Weekend. I’m looking at a publishing date probably around the second quarter next year.

In the meantime… I received a legit description of my book series… “I love stories that mash history with high-concept “what ifs,” and yours reads like Outlander collided with Band of Brothers and a quantum physicist had to mediate.”

So for the last week - I have been sick. I missed two days of work and finally made it through the week to the weekend. As much as I need to work in the yard - my grass has turned to jungle, the need for additional rest is more important.

But sleep is such a waste of valuable time... what to do? Finally finished a chapter in my new novel "Recompense Book 3 - A King? Or Emperor". I can see the overall vision... now to begin the process! Hopefully to be finished by December!
