This book offers simple, basic truths for us to ponder each day, according to the seasons. Whether new ideas, or gentle reminders of old, I find it useful as a grounding message. It allows us to find our way through the year by nudging us toward our soul-center, with a cumulative calming effect. Already planning to order more by this author, who has turned his life struggles into "good medicine" for the heart and mind. A great read for anyone wishing to connect with Creator; the healing is within you!
