Throughout her career, she has partnered with educators across the U.S. and in eight countries, witnessing the unique challenges and opportunities Christian educators face worldwide.

Recognizing the need for encouragement and spiritual support, Dr. Minor founded Victorious Educator Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping educators to live out their faith confidently in their schools.
