I have been an avid reader and booklover since back in the days when kids raced to read 100 books to get free Pizza Hut pizzas. Yes, I’m old. Born and raised in the south, I spent two decades as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, as well as a Somatic Healing Practitioner. I developed a love of helping to heal other people in pain; but, after going through my own personal transformation, I shifted my focus beyond the physical aspect, to include emotional trauma, anxiety, and complex PTSD. Many clients suggested I use my love of writing to reach other people through novels, sharing my life lessons, advice and sarcastic humor. I adore spending free time with my family and beloved pups.
