Hello, I’m Elin B. Derene.

I write emotionally driven romance that blends heart, heat, and the kind of scars we don’t always see. My debut novel, Chicanes of Love, explores themes of ruin, racing, and redemption, where second chances aren’t handed out, but fought for.

When I’m not writing, I’m likely reading about morally complex characters, developing new story ideas, or enjoying a strong cup of coffee (or two).

I believe healing is rarely simple, love is always worth the risk, and that no one is too broken to find their version of a happy ending.
