The characters were what made this but it wasn’t in the way I expected. I was expecting more from the gods who were at war but you honestly don’t get anything from them till the end.

Cute read with an excellent take on witches. Very heavy on the found family with a twist at the end that I should have seen coming but didn’t and I think it was simply just good writing.

Excellent storytelling! The difference in time was well managed and I connected easily with both characters . The ending was a twist I didn’t expect but was so extremely happy with.

Cute cozy read that filled my need for fantasy but not super heavy. Loved the MC and her new found friends.

Not my favorite. I finished because the plot but I should have DNFd because the MC was insufferable. She was whiny and a who’s is me aim so pretty type. I honestly could not stand her. Not my cup of tea but the writing was good.
