I wanted to give everyone a quick update, since I’ve been been buried in a deep hole of coffee and edits. Work on Order of the Fallen rewrites is now complete and it has been sent to my editor for her final once over. I’m thrilled to have finally wrapped up the Grimm Chronicles and I’m really excited for you all to get the chance to finish this story.

It’s that time of year again, so let’s have some Christmas fun. If it’s not snuggling by a warm fire and watching Elf on a loop it just doesn’t feel like Christmas to me. My other favorite thing to do on around Christmas time is enjoy my holiday stories. A Candlestick Christmas, A Clockwork Christmas, The Cape Beanery Chronicles and The Cartographers Compass. I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween! This is always one of my favorite times of year, with candy and kids dressed up as their favorite monster, superhero, princess or whatever else they like. I love seeing the homemade costumes as well as the cool ones that we never had as kids.My night will be spent watching my kids trick or treat and also handing out candy and wondering why I didn’t buy more. For most people summer involves; sun, beach and water. Mine does as well, but is also includes me bent over my laptop writing furiously to meet my writing deadlines. Summer is here, which means juggling some much needed down time with also making sure I write as much as humanly possible.

My days are consumed with writing and editing, a good problem to have for sure. But it also tends to make you a little slack jawed when keeping with other things. I’ve been meaning to get a few more blogs going but I’ve spent almost all my free time working on new stories. Which I assume is what most everyone wants to hear anyway.
