Douglas R. Brown is a fantasy and horror writer who lives in Pataskala, Ohio. He began writing as a cathartic way of dealing with the day-to-day stresses of life as a firefighter/paramedic for the Columbus, Ohio Division of Fire. Now he focuses his writing on fantasy and horror, where he draws on his lifelong love of the genres. He has been married since 1996 and has a son and some dogs.

Thanks for the kind words. Death of the Grinderfish might be my favorite story I’ve written. Unfortunately, it is a stand alone novel and I have no plans for a sequel. I write in a variety of genres. I have an epic fantasy trilogy, a serial killer story, a book of supernatural suspense short stories, and a werewolf series I’m getting ready to release book two of. You might enjoy that last one. It’s from the Werepets Unleashed series and it’s called Tamed. It’s about werewolves being sold as pets. I’m so glad you enjoyed DOTG as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it. You can check out my other work at www.epertasepublishing.com if you’re interested. While none of my books are just like Grinderfish, I think they’re all special in their own way.
