Almost to 75
With my last 4 star review for Scepter, I'm now at 74 total reviews here on Goodreads. Can't wait to read number 75, good or bad, for any feedback I can get. I love to hear when someone enjoys my work, but I also find it helpful when someone doesn't and can articulate why. I'm always striving to improve my craft. Thank you to everyone who's read my work and been kind enough to take the time to leave their reviews!

Seizure Alert Dog
With the start of a new month, I have a new goal. My goal is to help Tim Mullen raise enough money to get the service dog he needs to assist him in the case of an emergency, give him back his independence, and be the loving companion that only dogs can be. All royalties from my books for the month of September will be donated to his account at Arizona Goldens LLC. If you'd care to donate directly, I've attached the link to his site in the comments section. I'll also include the links to both Days' End and Scepter. Thanks everyone!!

99 cents
I've discounted the kindle versions for both Days' End and Scepter to 99 cents. If you've had it on your TBR list for a while, or it's new to you and looks like something you'd enjoy, now's the time!
If you do take the time to read, please take a few extra moments to leave a review. I always like the feedback as I'm always looking to improve.
Regards,
Scott

Stars, stars, and more stars
So Scepter has received its 5th review on amazon and here are the standings: Four 5 star and one 4 star. I like it! Here's the most recent, which happens to be one of the 5 star ratings:
I'm probably too old to enjoy this book as much as I did, but I was hooked from the start. I'm really looking forward to the sequel.
I'm very happy to see that Scepter can be enjoyed by not only my children, but older readers as well!

Scepter Review
Just posted today. Great finish to the weekend!
Scepter definitely delivers with werewolves, dragons, unicorns, fairies, and two brothers with special powers.

Format:Kindle Edition
As a big fan of Tolkien, G.R.R. Martin, Bernard Cornwell, and some Charlaine Harris I looked forward to Scepter and was not disappointed. The first installment of Aidan and Daniel's journey introduced thoughtful characters and an exciting world of loss, beauty and danger. Scott Collins paints a vivid picture of these young heroes and what they experience during their adventure. I look forward to reading this book again with my children in a few years. Scepter is also perfect for the middle grade set, as there is nothing offensive or too graphic. I can't wait for book 2!

Supporting other Indies
To show my support for indie authors, I will now dedicate all my kindle purchases to other indies. For all my indie author friends, I know you can't recommend your books to me, but feel free to message me with the name of your book and if it looks like it might be my cup of tea, I'll add it to my TBR pile and hopefully eventually read it.
I do also leave reviews. I post them here, amazon, amazon.uk, barnes&noble, on my facebook page and on shelfari.
Thanks everyone and hope you have a happy and prosperous New Year!!
