Nadia Fezzani is a Canadian journalist/author who has conducted extensive research and interviews with many notorious American serial killers. She is known in Europe as having interviewed American serial killer Richard Cottingham for a French documentary that first aired on TF1, Enquêtes et révélations. The first person to interview Cottingham in 30 years, Fezzani got him to admit his culpability for the first time, as well as many more murders. She is also part of November 84, a documentary on children's disappearance.

Hi Mohammad,

Thank you for your message.

Indeed, I certainly learned a lot from the psychological aspect myself during my research on serial killers and I hope that these explanations will help some parents with their children.

It’s interesting that you bring up serial killers and superheroes. My book Mission Superheroes is mainly on the topic of those who dress up and fight crime, but the English version compares both serial killers and Real Life Super Heroes’ psychology somewhat more. It’s not the main angle of the book, but it’s certainly mentioned. It’s coming out in September 2017.

If you end up reading it, don’t hesitate to come back and let me know what you think of the comparison!

Best,
Nadia
