Arpan Banerjee is a seasoned strategist, passionate mentor, and the debut author of The Unicorn Hunter's Handbook (and Other Mythical Startup Beasts). An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore, his three-decade career includes leadership roles at IBM, TCS, and Wipro, where he built deep expertise in strategy, sales, and digital transformation.

Drawn by a curiosity for innovation, Arpan founded Orion Consulting Services, working hands-on with early-stage companies for nine years. He helped founders scale, fix the cracks, and drive growth.
