More importantly, I'm shooting to get the paperback version done in the next couple weeks.

Hi,
The good news is, I am hard at work on 'Surgical' (the sequel to 'Prepare'), have made good progress, and am really excited about it.
The less good news is, it looks like I won't make the 2013 deadline I set for myself.
I wanted to assure all those to whom I promised copies of the sequel that, oh, yeah, you are first on my priority list and you can expect a copy as soon as I get it off the presses.
I just wanted to ring in and give you an update.

I'll post an excerpt before the end of the year, just to give another sneak peek.
