Chris May trained initially as an engineer before forging a career in healthcare. He founded health tech company Mayden in 2000 which today employs 150 people and is based in Bath.

I have four grandchildren who fitted neatly into the four personas so it was great to read this book as a group. Prompted lots of discussion. Highly recommended.

Really loved this book. Contrary to comments from others, I thought the writing style was great. Wish I could write like that. The two intertwining storylines were equally fascinating.
