Ruthie Ambrose is a chaotic-neutral storyteller with a love for small towns, big mysteries, and unusual narrators. Her debut, Stormy Valley, follows a sheriff’s unraveling in a town built on silence and secrets.

Ruthie’s brand of chaos includes:
• Breaking systems just to see how they tick
• Creating way too many story artifacts (missing-person flyers, faux newspaper clippings, etc.)
• Surviving entirely on nostalgia, fandoms and rabbit holes instead of caffeine
• Co-writing with her cats, who insist on full creative credit

She writes because she loves to pull readers into that eerie moment where the ordinary tips into the uncanny—and you’re never quite sure if what you’re seeing is real, imagined or somewhere in between.
