A good story, though sometimes struggling to move on for a bit. There was an awful lot of sand. Very pleased I read it again though after so many years.

In my new book Painting Venus I spent a great deal of time researching Botticelli and those he would have met and known. I would love to be able to step back in time to via Nuova in Florence, in the 1480s, there to be invited into Botticelli's studio See Full Answer
